You'll be the backbone of the operation — trusted, autonomous, and central to keeping everything running smoothly. A large part of the role sits within sales administration and buyer management. You'll handle paperwork, coordinate processes across online platforms, liaise with external stakeholders (conveyancers, inspectors, brokers, etc.), and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Strong communication and organisational abilities are an absolutely essential. There is no micromanagement here. What's on offer Ideal for someone who loves real estate and has natural sales ability but minimal desire to move into lead sales agent duties A role for someone who enjoys supporting the team , being solutions-focused, and genuinely contributing to shared success Variety every day — you will NOT be stuck at a desk doing repetitive tasks all day Exposure to all facets of real estate , working alongside a top-performing agent in the Lower Hunter A position built on trust and autonomy from day one — no lengthy onboarding or hand-holding Become a valued member of a small, tight-knit team where your contribution is noticed and appreciated Ongoing training and development across sales, admin and property management Negotiable salary based on experience and capability (no debit/credit) No expectation or pressure to move into sales — this role exists purely to support the existing sales team General gist of the role Manage the complete Buyer Management function for the team Work exclusively with warm, inbound buyer enquiries — no cold calling Qualify and nurture buyers (needs, budgets, timelines, financial readiness) Identify potential sellers through buyer conversations Coordinate and conduct open homes and private inspections Guide buyers through processes, sale methods and auction preparation Liaise with conveyancers, brokers, inspectors and trades Assist with negotiations where required and keep all parties aligned Support buyers post-sale (offers, cooling-off, settlement, handover) Introduce in-house services, including property management, when relevant Maintain CRM accuracy, follow-ups and communication logs Build relationships with Buyer's Agents to promote current and upcoming listings Ensure compliance across new listings and manage online advertising platforms Process sales advices and communicate updates to all stakeholders Support listing campaigns, marketing, "sold" collateral, and ad-hoc team needs What will get you considered Previous residential real estate experience , ideally within a sales environment (6months) Solid understanding of the sales cycle, buyer journey and RE legislation A genuine passion for real estate and desire for stability, longevity and growth Highly organised with excellent communication skills Professional presentation and conduct A true team player who values collective wins Confident communicator across buyers, vendors, solicitors and stakeholders Comfortable working independently without supervision Bonus points for experience in sales support, admin or property management Minimum requirement: Certificate of Registration and/or RE Licence Thrives in a fast-paced environment with full, varied days Weekend availability — assisting with OFIs every second Saturday (day in lieu), plus additional cover when required Local to the Lower Hunter / Maitland region with strong local knowledge Next steps?
